"Ok, so what are we doing again?" Catra groaned.

"Your girlfriend said that you needed to bond with other princesses besides her," Mermista said while checking her nails.

"She's not my girlfriend; We don't have a thing going on."

"Look since Twinkle doesn't really like you for...obvious reasons, you're stuck with me for a while." Mermista held a bottle and handed Catra a rather tall bottle with some kind of teal liquid. "Here."

"What's this?" Catra narrowed her eyes down the teal drink.

"It's this thing my dad used to drink when he would celebrate or just chill with his friends or whatever. He drank some on the day the I was old to run the kingdom."

"Daddy's girl, huh?"

"You should talk, fish breath." Catra glared. "At least you didn't have to worry about no royal balls with some pirate your dad taught would be a good husband or worry about running a kingdom or even parents critiquing your every move since you were in diapers." Mermista took a big drink out of the bottle.

"Those are some big shadows you princesses lived under, wasn't it?"

"Huge."

"So what does this stuff do?"

"When my dad would drink, he would say it would make himself forget things or do weird things like jumping from a cliff into the sea or a bunch of crazy stuff really."

"So that's it? We're only here to drink?"

"Pretty much. Unless you want to go swimming in the cold, wet, bottomless-"

"I'm drinking, I'm drinking."

"The whole thing."

"Why?"

"We came to bond, right?"

"Fine."

"This is actually pretty good. What's in this?"

"Let's say that a sea monster won't be needing its gills anymore."

"Well, however disgusting your dad was, this isn't half bad."

"Don't drink too much though."

"How much is too much?"

"Three to four bottles, I think."

"Good to know."

She didn't know. Somehow, Catra drank more than what Mermista said. Honestly, Mermista was the one that made her drink all of them.

"I'm going to go see someone real quick! You stay here or whatever a cat does when they're bored."

"Oh, go stick seaweed up your tail."
