Adora sat in the locker room, tying Kyle's shoes.

"Thanks for helping, Adora," Kyle grinned at her. "I can never get it right,"

"You're welcome," Adora said, finishing.

When Kyle left out, a large shadow filled the entire room. Adora jumped when she turned to see Shadow Weaver "grin" at her.

"Shadow Weaver!" Adora hugged her.

Shadow Weaver pet her head. "Adora, I have news. We have found another cadet to join you and your friends,"

"Really? What's their name?"

"We have not gotten that information. She looks the same age as you and she has some...deformities,"

"I'm sure she's nice," Adora uttered.

"Come, you can show her where she'll be sleeping, where she will eat, and where she can receive a uniform," Shadow Weaver turned when she felt Adora grab her hand.

Adora kindly smiled up at the sorceress. The shadow woman looked down at her with a small smile.

"Lord Hordak, I brought a guest," Shadow Weaver waved a hand towards Adora.

"Adora, welcome." Hordak gave her a short look.

"How does he know my name?" Adora tugged the older one's robe.

"Adora, this is the Lord Hordak I've been telling you about. He's been watching over you and he sees something great in your future. It is he that's going to destroy those moronic Rebels," Shadow Weaver explained to her in a gentle tone.

"Will he send them to Beast Island?" Adora beamed.

"We shall see,"

"Where is the girl?" Hordak asked a guard running inside.

"We lost her, my lord," they said.

"Find her now! She could be a Rebel spy and she could be on her way to the exit of the Fright Zone!" The guards ran and Adora screamed when she heard sirens blaring.

"Adora, head back to your room," Shadow Weaver ordered, pushing her out of Hordak's sanctum.

"But what about the girl? Will she be ok?"

"She'll be fine, my dear. Now run along." Shadow Weaver disappeared into shadows.

Adora speedily walked along the hallway, covering her ears as the sirens loudly blared. She tripped on a crack of the tile floor. She felt someone bump into her. She fell right one top of another person. Adora rubbed her head and the person on the bottom seemed to be a girl.

Adora could have sworn she heard her heart beating over the loud sirens. The girl below her flipped her over and ran away.

"Hey, wait!" Adora chased after her. When Adora ran through about two corners, Shadow Weaver stopped right in front of her.
