A/N: GaySorbet i'm so so sorry for taking so long to write this but hey, it's better late than never.

How did it get to be like this? The first day she was practically redeemed and she forgets the whole thing. She risked her life. After everything she's done; after the pain she's caused for her friends; after all the evil she had done.

She had no hope for Catra but after seeing her saving her and her friends, she felt relieved that all of her faith hadn't gone completely to waste. She wanted to hug her and tell her she never gave up on her. She wanted to cry and apologize for not being able to help her. She wanted to kiss her and tell her she forgives her. Maybe not entirely but she did forgive her.

Adora watched as Bow and Scorpia wrapped bandages around her waist. Frosta applied ice to her warm head. Perfuma and Mermista sat next to Adora and Glimmer.

"How do we know when she'll wake up?" Perfuma asked, breaking the silence after a half hour.

"We don't. She just has to wake up on her own." Glimmer replied.

"But what do we do when she, like, wakes up? She doesn't necessarily have a clean record," Mermista asked.

"I don't know,"

"But how can we trust-" Frosta tried asking.

"I'm not asking anyone to trust her. Trust me. She may be out for a while and until then, she will stay here. If she wakes up, we'll keep her in a spare room. Do I make myself clear?"

"Yes," Bow said with the rest of the princesses murmuring in agreement.

"Adora, what do you say?" Glimmer turned to see Adora gone.

"She went outside," Scorpia mouthed, pointing outside.

"Bow, come with me," Glimmer teleported with Bow, outside. They caught Adora sitting outside the tent.

"Adora, you ok?" Bow asked with a weak smile.

"How can I?" Adora hid her face in her knees.

"Adora, you need to stop this. What happened wasn't your fault." Bow knelt down.

"But because of me, Catra could be dying and she saved us. I always told myself that I had no more hope in her after the portal but when I-I saw her b-b-bleeding on the ground, I couldn't just leave her there. She may have been a bad person but Frosta was right. She's a person just like us. If she were to die, I-I wouldn't know what to do."

"Adora, stop!" Glimmer held her shoulders.

"No! I can't stop thinking about the fact that she's in there, possibly dying, bleeding, and we're all here without a scratch!" Adora cried. Bow and Glimmer knelt down to bring her in a warm embrace. Glimmer held Adora's head while Bow rubbed her back.

"Adora, it's ok. She's gonna be ok,"

"Hey, guys, she's waking up!" They heard Frosta shout.
