Tossing and turning around in my bed, I could feel my arms constantly turn the pillow as I kept my eyes closed, refusing to cut my sleep short. With my body heat radiating into my sheets and covers, I couldn't help but feel suffocated from the warmth I was pressing into the bed until I lifted the covers off of me.
Stuck to the sheets, I was soaked in cold sweats, staining a good part of my pillow as my hair was flopped over to the side.
"What the hell?"
With the constant visions I kept getting about Stefan and the quarry, another dream had suddenly popped up in my dreams. Filled with the sight of blood and the brightness of the morning sun, I could hear Stefan in the distance yelling and screaming in pain as he fell to his knees, burning.
Looking over at my phone it was barely 6 in the morning and the sun was just peeking through the curtains. After tracking down the safe Stefan was trapped in for the last 3 months, Damon and I ended up coming back home, along with Elena who crashed in his bed.
Pushing myself up from bed, I sat on the edge of my bed disgusted from the sweaty sheets I sat under when I jumped off the bed into a wet puddle. Goowy and cold, I reached over flicking on the lamp when I see myself surrounded by sketches of a bar, and messy charcoal drawing of shadows and Stefan's daylight ring. My foot had kicked over the red paint staining almost half of the drawings on the floor.
"Oh my, God. Damon!" I yelled, falling to the floor, trying to collect the drawing before yelling for him again.
"Damon!"
And bursting through the door both of them came flying in, whisking away the rest of the drawings to the other side of the room.
"What are-, What the hell happened?"
"Jesus!" Elena gasped.
"What did you do?"
"I didn't do anything, they just...they just appeared."
Desperately trying to collect the drawings, Elena had taken one from the pile I had made in the corner.
"When did you draw these?"
"I didn't. I don't even have my art supplies here."
"So they just magically appeared?" Damon asked, adding more drawings to the pile.
"I guess so..."
"Wait I've seen this before?" Elena added, pointing a the red paint that spelled 'Bar'.
"You have?"
"Yeah, in a dream..."
"Did you happen to see Stefan's daylight ring too?" Damon asked, lifting the drawing.
"No...but I could hear him. Screaming-"
"...in pain." I interrupted when the door to my room suddenly opens again.
"Good to see we're on the same page," Katherine added, leaning on the door frame.
"Great...you're all dreaming about Stefan."
"Damon, I think there's something wrong." I sighed, getting up form the ground.
"Yeah, you're leaving fake bloody prints on the floor."
"Damon-"
"We need to go and find Stefan, now."
"Now? It's 6 in the morning."
"Perfect gives us all day to look for him," Katherine added.
Turning around, I could see Elena's reflection from the vanity mirror. Her eyes narrowed as she stared back at Katherine, who gave the same stare.
