Peter held Luna close to him as they relaxed on his bed, both of them feeling so at peace just being near each other. It was a Saturday afternoon, and there was nothing the two teenagers would rather be doing than just being together. It had been a long and hard week of school, so they were happy that they had the weekend to just chill out and catch up on some sleep.

The original plan for the day was to grab some food and catch a movie, but all that changed the second Luna arrived at Peter's apartment. They suddenly didn't feel like going out anymore, instead wanting to stay in and relax in Peter's room. The boy asked Luna repeatedly if she was sure she didn't want to go out and do something, but he was hushed every single time. Just being with Peter was all Luna needed to feel content.

Luna was snuggled up close to Peter, her head right below his chin as his fingers drew patterns on her hip while his other arm was resting around her shoulders.

Luna could hear Peter's heartbeat, and it was the most beautiful sound she's ever heard. She could listen to it all day if she wanted to.

"So why exactly do you have a bunk bed?" Luna randomly asked, her eyes looking up to see the bottom of the top bunk.

Peter bit his lip, trying to come up with something to say. He didn't want to flat out tell her that it was a personal gift from Tony Stark himself.

"Thought it was cool." The boy shrugged, making Luna giggle. "You don't like it?"

Luna shook her head. "I didn't say that."

"Yeah right." Peter rolled his eyes.

"Well it's definitely weird, considering you're just one person."

"Hey," Peter scoffed. "It's not weird. Ned sleeps on it when he stays over."

Luna shifted, snuggling closer into Peter's side as she smiled up at him.

May was at work, so the two had the apartment all to themselves for a few hours. They weren't planning on doing anything they weren't supposed to be doing, but it was still nice for Peter since he didn't have to worry about his aunt bugging him every few minutes.

Peter was also still waiting on any information Ned might've found about Rick. It had been 3 days since the two have talked about it, and Ned still has yet to find anything. There was nothing Peter could do except wait, which he was already doing. The situation was still bothering him, but stressing out about it would only make him feel worse, so he tried his best not to worry.

"Did you want to study later today?" Luna asked, removing herself from Peter as she sat up. "Around 7ish until I go home?"

Peter followed suite, resting his back against the headboard. He still had Spider-Man duties to fulfill, so he knew that would be a problem. "I can't." He told her, feeling nervous as she gave him a questionable look. "M-May is making me help her cook dinner tonight."
