Luna Pearce and Peter Parker were now a couple, and everybody knew it.
It was basically the new gossip going around school whenever the other students saw the two teenagers walk hand in hand in the hallways. It was surprising to most students, especially since they thought Luna was far too shy to be dating anybody at Midtown. Stares and constant whispers were heard by a variety of students whenever they saw the couple, but that still didn't stop Peter from holding Luna close as they walked into school everyday.
Luna no longer cared about the attention she was getting, mostly because she was just proud to have someone as special as Peter right next to her. No matter how cliche she thought it was, she was more than pleased about this entire thing.
Peter also noticed how much happier Luna seemed to be, which made him happy as well. The smile on Luna's face was enough to let the boy know that they were doing the right thing. Peter would give anything just to make Luna happy, and he was delighted to know that he was doing a good job so far.
Peter was at the tower with Mr. Stark, both of them continuing the process of upgrading Peter's suit. Tony knew exactly how he wanted the spidey suit to look, but it was only a matter of time before it was entirely finished. That was another thing the teenage boy couldn't wait for.
Peter leaned over Tony's shoulder, looking at what the millionaire was working on as he deeply concentrated.
"What's that?" Peter whispered, making Tony roll his eyes.
"Will you shut up?" He told the boy. "That's the 3rd time you've asked that."
The brunette shrugged. "I just want to know what's being done. Plus, it looks super cool."
"I know." Tony agreed, holding a pen in between his teeth as he marked measurements.
"When do you think it will be finished?" Peter asked, an excited look on his face as he bounced on his chair.
"Trust me, it will get done a lot faster if you weren't bothering me every few seconds." Tony eyed the teen. "Besides, it will be a while."
Peter frowned. "How long?"
"As long as it takes." Tony replied, not giving the boy his time of day as he continued working.
The boy sighed, tapping his fingers on the ginormous lab table. A moment of silence surrounded them before Peter leaned even closer to the millionaire, once again looking over his shoulder. "Exactly how long are we talking here?" He whispered.
"That's it." Tony stood up, fully turning around to face the brunette as he pointed his finger to the automatic sliding doors. "Get out."
Peter raised his eyebrows, holding his hands up in defense. "What did I do?"
