Two rants about my "career" as a writer, before, and during the Holy Week.

Have not made any progress with my "second" novel . . . Getting reminded constantly of how shallow the Filipino Wattpad readership has become . . . Another travel to the Metro―on a hot day, that is . . . Another quality control "job" that will take a full day to accomplish . . . Spending the Holy Week with a person who never believed me in the first place . . . And celebrating my upcoming "birthday" on the road . . .

No wonder I am fucking frustrated with my life―again. Jesus Fuckin' Christ.

I just hope after the Holy Week, I can bring myself back to writing at midnight.

I still remembered the time when I have written "Fear in the Cube" during the very deep hours of midnight; that was when I am still a naïve upstart writer, hopeful to make a break on a writing site that supposedly 'gives equal opportunies for aspiring writers to shine'. (Turns out that it's half-true―the only problem is that the online readership here in the Philippines only focus more on 'writers' with faces that are more pleasing to look at.)

Better yet, I wish I should've started writing much earlier―a time when online readers are truly reading stories for the sake of enjoyment.
