Chapter 40 : Poem

The sound of melody was around the room
A peaceful one; not showing any signs of doom
Even though that's how everything looks
You can never a judge the cover of a book

Behind the music is a miserable boy
A child who is always treated as a toy
He was stuck in a cage with no way to escape
He was under control of a devil in a man's shape

Being only a kid, no one believed him when he says
That the man in the house might end all happy days
They don't care in the end and that's the problem
The only thing he could do is warn all of them

The boy already sees
The fall of his own sanity
He had no help until one faithful day
Where another boy came to wipe his tears away

They had fallen in love over time
They helped each other with all the forced crime
Those sins are done by them against their will
But they MUST do it, for the sake of the future they kill

With all these troubles in his mind
Luck really hadn't been to kind
He wondered what he did to deserve this fate
The answer might unravel when it is all too late

He was different from any kids his age
Unlike them, he was stuck in a lonely cage
Just when he thinks it's all over
The man's face nags him forever

No way out, no where to go
No way to escape, no way to say 'no'
Until the day everything is okay
He will be stuck in cold and sorrowful days

She was no ordinary female
She wasn't raised to live life like a fairytale
At a young age she knew how to hold a knife
Including a dagger, a gun, and sniper to end an enemy's life

She was always sugar sweet to others
But when you trigger her bad she'll be a life crusher
Bitter when you force her over the line
Sweet when you are also very kind

Her mother always told her one thing at night
"At any situation, you should be ready to fight"
Earning the reputation of a queen
She's not afraid to chop you on the guillotine

There are many men who wants to win her hand
But she saw them as gross and very bland
They go vanilla as vanilla can be
Until one day sugar was added in her bitter tea

A boy with teal hair and eyes as yellow as the sun
Caught her attention, made her heart run
They got on the wrong foot the second they meet
But it didn't stop them from getting on the right feet

But all happiness has a mix of tragedy
And when it strikes they had to fix many technicalities
She may be strong but she is still human
She may be human but she's ten times stronger than a man

Her past was filled with the teachings to fight
She was taught that there's darkness when there's light
She was different, people have said
She indeed was, she was used to the liquids of red
