Meeting our destiny

I had been told that if I find Geralt of Rivia I would know him with just one look.  Wasn't given much to work with like what the description of this said Geralt looked like so for endless journeys from one town to another I looked at al the guys but nothing clicked within me so I kept on.

It wasn't until I was headed through the woods that I happened across a bunch of people but when I saw the white-haired gentleman in all black I knew who he was and he didn't need to speak a word or look at me. Something in me woken and everything clicked.

When he looked up from some purple-eyed girl I watched as he looked at me. I stood there while the others stopped and looked at me but I paid them no mind. He walked passed them and I smiled as he approached me. "How is it that we found each other so soon?" he mumbled lowly for only me to hear as we embraced each other.

"No idea but I am not gonna complain" I replied lowly back for only him to hear. He agreed with me. "I have waited for you not knowing when I would find or see you, but now that you are here I am not letting you go," he said and he held me closer.

"Geralt" We both heard and he pulled back but kept his arm around my waist.she "Who is this?" the girl with purple eyes asked.

I could tell that she was jealous which told me that they had been intimate with each other in the past which is not gonna happen anymore. "Yeneffer this is my destiny" he replied and I smiled while looking at her then I looked over at him and smiled when I saw him looking at me.

"Destiny,?" she asked "the woman I am destined to be with, to love, live with, and spend the rest of my life with," he tells her and I watched the heartbreak fill her eyes. I had a feeling she fell in love with him and was doing things to make him jealous so he would confront her but with me here she knew she lost.

"Whatever we had will never happen or be no more, for I shall not want anyone other than my destiny," He told her and she looked down while nodding. "Did I interrupt a journey or something?" I asked "we are looking for a dragon, but have been seeing rare species," some gentleman said I looked at him.

"Destiny this is Jaskier," Geralt said "Nice to meet you Jaskier," I said he nodded his head in greeting.

Geralt's pov-

I could smell something that I never in all my life smelt before. It smelt so luring and I became curious as to what this smell was and who or what this smell belonged to. It wasn't until we stopped for some reason, I wasn't fully paying attention since I was looking at Yeneffer.

When the smell was much stronger I looked away from Yeneffer and looked up at this beautiful woman that stood before us. It was at first glance that I understood the smell and why it was luring. The smell came from the woman I was told to find for she is my Destiny.

I walked through everyone in front of me as we stared at each other not daring to look away. I stood before her "how is it that we found each other so soon?" I asked in a mumble before I drew her into my arms and hugged her. Her scent that I smelt and was lured by hit me full on and I smiled finally happy.

I had found her, well we had found each other and I will not be letting her go, the would-be no chance in hell I will let her go only after just finding her. 'No idea but I am not gonna complain" she said "I have waited for you not knowing when I would find or see you, but now that you are here I am not letting you go" I tell her.

"Geralt," Yeneffer said my name and I pulled back but kept my arm around her waist. Not knowing her name but I will call her Destiny since that she is what she is for me after all. I could see her jealousy, the look I had when I saw her and that guy that is her escort walking before me moments before I see Destiny.

"Yeneffer this is my Destiny," I said and looked at Destiny who was looking at Yeneffer before she looked at me and smiled. "Destiny?" Yeneffer asked " the woman I am destined to be with, to love, live with, and spend the rest of my life with," I said and Yeneffer had the look of heartbreak etch her face. I told her what we had will never be again and she looked down and nodded.
