Dispute

We hardly ever have a disagreement or get into a dispute but tonight was one of them nights where we got into with each other.

"You need to stop acting like you're my mother, I don't need to tell you my every move" he stated "I am not trying to bee your mother and all I asked was if you were to go out with friend or coworkers to send me a simple text. but no you can't do that" I shot back.

He rolled his eyes and shook his head. "You are acting as if I am controlling you or trying to when I just want to know if you're coming home so I could have made us some dinner or if you would be out late so I wouldn't worry" I stated.

"I am a grown-ass man, who doesn't need his girlfriend up his ass every time he breaths" he yelled.

"No, I thought you were an immature little toddler who still needs his handheld" I replied and he looked at me.

"last time I am saying this, stop acting like my mother and act like a girlfriend," he said. "what the fuck do you think I am doing acting like a heartless fuck?" I asked

he was getting frustrated with me but I didn't care I was already that way with him.

"You are so nerve-racking, and you are suffocating me so much I fell like I can't breathe until I am out of the house away from you," he said

I said nothing after that just stood there.

Maybe that is why my passed boyfriends left me casue I was suffocating them when all I was really doing was worried about them when they don't let me know they would be back. or when we had something planned and they worked and they made up their minds last minute to do something different without letting me know so I blew up their phones with text messages.

 Now I am doing it to Henry and now he is gonna wanna leave me.

"Oh, now you have shut up. why huh?" he asked but I stay quiet not noticing that I was about to cry till my vision blurred so I turned my back to him but it was too late he saw it.

"Why are you about to cry?" he asked but I waved him off and walked away but he went to grab my arm but I moved away from him and kept walking.

"Will you stop, and talk to me?" he said as he followed me and this time wrapped his arm around my waist and lifted me into his arms.

"Put me down Henry," I tell him and start to wiggle. But he ignores me and turns me around in his arms and holds me like a child with one hand and uses his other to wipe the fallen tears.

"I know you will leave me so let's not make things harder than what they are," I said

"What are you talking about I am not about to leave you," I say nothing as he keeps me in his arms and wipes the tears away.

"why would you say that?" I sniffled and blink some unshed tears.

"I suffocate you like I did my exes and they left me. and you will too casue I am doing to you as I did with them," I replied.

"I didn't mean it like that, I was upset and that came out baby, you don't suffocate me, far from it. if anyone suffocates the other it's me suffocating you" he stated and I looked at him confused.

"I always want to be with you no matter where you go, what you do, or who you are with, I want to be there. I want to hold you close and never let you go. I want to be so wrapped up in you that you can't breathe without smelling me" he said

I chuckled a little and wrapped my arms and legs around him and snuggled into his arms before I buried my nose in his neck. He held me as we stood in the hallway in total silence.
