morning run

"Why do you get up at the ass crack of dawn to go for a run?" I asked as I finished getting ready. He looked at me and chuckled at my comment "less traffic then afternoon run" he replied. I thought about it and shrugged before nodding in agreement.

"At least I didn't suggest late night runs" he said "We should do a late night run one day though, I mean less traffic then too" I suggested as I slipped my shoes on then we walked out and headed downstairs. He grabbed Kal's leash and linked it with his collar while I grabbed my phone and keys slipped them in my pockets and zipped my pockets up.

We walked out the house  "Left or right?" he asked I looked between the two " right" I said he nodded and  we jogged down the steps stood by his car and streched out our body before we started jogging.

I watched as he recorded a insta video showing Kal and when he said my name I looked over waved and smiled before kissing his cheek making him smile. He said bye to the camera before turning his phone off and pocketing it and went back to joinng mobile free.

 We ran around the preimieter of a local park the neighorhod then headed back home.

"The only down fall of this is the brightness of the sun rise" I joked as we turned the corner a street before our place. He laughed "Yea it has its down fall" he replied.

Once we go home we let Kal out in the backyard and then headed upstairs got cleaned up and dressed before headed downstairs and I started cooking breakfast with his help. "Thanky you for joining mme on my run, I know how much you love sleeping" he said I looked over at him and watched as he messed with his phone.. Probably posting the video or checking emails.

"It was no probably, I mean it's the least I can do since you do so many things I like to do" I tell him and go back to cooking. "Yea but I enjoy your stuff too" he states. "You like how I do cardio" I remark and he snorted and chuckled.

I laughed while looking at him and he nodded. "I love how you do cardio it's perfect exxtersice" he said. I grabbed paltes and he grabbed the eting utensils. I plated the omelets while he put the hash browns on the plates.He took the plates and sat them on the table  while I grabbed cups and the organge juice and headed over and sat the cups down then the pitcher and went to let Kal come in.

Henry poured Kal some food in his bowl and filled up his water bowl then wasshed his hands then we sat down and ate breakfast.

"I might do the ass crack of dawn running with you again, it was fun" I tell him while we do the dishes. "Why do you call it ass crack?" he asked "well I am sorry you little Brit, but that is what some americans say" I replied. He shook his head laughing. I flicked dish soap at him and he looked at me before he scooped up some and slapped it on my nose.

We had a dish soap fight laughing and falling on each other before making out.  FOrgettign about the dishes that was left to clean.
