Though the sun was shining when they met, it had been a dark day. The boy was five years of age and he was finally going to perform his first real act as a Flying Grayson. He had counted down the days, so excited to finally show everyone what he was capable of doing. Unaware that his hero was in the audience watching. Just yards away sat that man, reluctantly watching the boy's life collapse in a matter of minutes. He was once in the same position, forced to watch everything he had, everything he loved, fade away permanently. It wasn't like him to become emotional, but that day had been one of the few exceptions.
