Inside General Ironwood's office, everyone is present apart from Weiss and (Y/N), who has yet to arrive. The Ace Operatives have their weapons ready at Jeffrey Woods, who is on his guard along with Robyn Hill. (Y/N) and Weiss had just arrive to the scene.
(Y/N): Shit!
(Y/N) quickly dashes in between them.
(Y/N): HEY! HEY! STOP! He's with me!
Ironwood: He's with you? Jeffrey Woods?! The same terrorist who terrorized Beacon is with you?!
(Y/N): I know. But he's working for us now.
Marrow: How would you know?
(Y/N): Because if he wanted you dead, you'd be dead already.
Harriet: As if!
Blake: He's telling the truth! Jeff is the one who saved him in Haven. He even saved us in Menagerie!
Ruby: Argus, too! We wouldn't even be here without him.
Winter: Are you with this, Qrow?
Qrow: The kid is trying to redeem himself, Winter. And I think he's making good progress.
Jaune: I'll say.
Jeff looks at everyone who's defending with a smile on his face while trying to hide it.
Ironwood: (Y/N), are you sure about this?
(Y/N): Yes, sir.
Ironwood then takes a deep breath.
Ironwood: Weapons down.
The Ace Operatives then puts away their weapons as Robyn and Jeff let their guard down.
Robyn: You're quite famous here.
Jeff: You don't know the half of it.
With that said, everyone gathers around.
(Y/N): What's the situation?
Clover: The heat has gone off down in Mantle.
Weiss: What? How? Only my father has access to-- Wait...
Winter: Arthur Watts.
Jaune: Who is that guy?
Ironwood: Arthur Watts designed Mantle's entire security network.
Marrow: I thought he died?
Ironwood: That's what everyone thought. Now that we know Arthur Watts is alive, it would be easy for someone like him to coordinate an unthinkably heinous act. He used that access to hack the surveillance system.
Marrow: Him... He's the reason why I couldn't call for backup!
Ironwood: Jacques probably granted him access into the Atlas' secure network.
Blake: In exchange for him winning the election.
Ruby: What else will he be able to do with the access Jacques' given him?
Ironwood: With enough time... whatever he wants.
Jaune: Okay, then let's just get the heat back up and running again.
Winter: Negative. The system is entirely blocked.
Robyn: So much for a simple task...
