We all watched in silence as Mother Superior waved her wand over Regina who was lying unconscious on Mary Margaret's bed in her apartment.
David and Mary Margaret looked anxious. All I could've think about was if we wouldn't have got there on time, Regina could've died, the thought terrified me.
"Now that the cuff is off, she's gonna be okay."
"Given time and rest, her magic will return," Mother Superior informed, just as the door to the apartment opened.
I turned to see Emma, who was alone and looking completely detached from reality.
I instantly knew something bad had happened.
David was on his feet in an instant.
"What happened?" he asked as he approached her.
He stopped when he saw her face, which I instantly recognised as grief. I felt my lungs tighten in fear.
"What is it?" David said, more cautiously this time.
"Where's Neal?" I asked with a shaky breath.
Emma's eyes shifted to me.
A strange feeling had twisted in my stomach.
There was a beat of silence, before Emma managed to find her voice.
"He's gone." She spoke.
"She killed him."
The room went silent. Tears filled my eyes as I put a hand to my mouth in shock.
He was the only one who I felt somewhat understood me, what I'd gone through in Neverland. We were friends.
David pulled Emma towards him and sat her down.
"Emma, I'm so sorry."
No one needed to ask who had done it.
Everyone already knew.
It was Tamara.
That bloody bitch, I knew that she was nothing but trouble the second that I met her.
I went over to Emma and pulled her into a hug, she instantly hugged me back and started to sob.
Mary Margaret and David quickly came over and hugged their daughter as well.
Tears started to fall down Emma's face.
"I'm so sorry Emma. I know how much you cared about Neal." I whispered to her.
"It was Tamara." Emma spoke. Concluding everyone's suspicions.
"She snuck up on us, knocked me out and shot Neal in the stomach. She was about to put a bullet into his head but I managed to push her away, but then she threw a magic bean at us."
