Jiah Jeong was born on the 21st of April, 1997. She was 16 when she died.

Jiah's parents divorced when she was young. She lived with her father, and she wrote letters to her mother trough her computer. Jiah loved writing, and she loved writing to her mother more. Jiah often cried when reading them, because she missed her. Jiah's dream was to become a museum curator.

Jiah's friends wrote her a letter two days after her body was recovered.
