Jina Choi (Class 9)

Jina Choi was born on the 5th of November, 1997. She was 16 when she died.

Jina had been born to an infertile mother, who only had a 0.1% chance of becoming pregnant. She was born healthy, beating the odds. Her parents knew her life was destined to great things. They were even more happier, when Jina grew up good, and not a troublemaker.

The news of her death were a difficult thing to swallow for her parents. Her father had fainted three times after hearing the news. He had to be transported to a hospital. Her parents believe she was alive in an air pocket, but was never rescued.

Her body was recovered and returned to her family. She now rests at Hwaseong Sky Memorial Park.
