Chapter 28

Arken POV

I woke up early for my morning cardio. I have to stay fit and active because the competition is in the upcoming weeks already. I spent an hour on the threadmill while enjoying the upbeat music then did my core workout afterwards. I was down to my last plank when my phone ring.

It was Marcus requesting for a facetime. I accepted it and placed my phone on the floor then executed my last plank.

"Good morning, freak." I can hear his bedroom sleepy voice.

"Morning." I shortly answered breathy because of my morning workout.

"Man, how I wish I'd see that pretty face in person. Are you in the gym?"

"Hm, why?"

"I'm jealous." He pouted. "I'd love to go on a gym with you."

"Tss." He hugged his pillow. I saw his biceps on the camera. Wala syang suot na shirt.

"What time will I fetch you?"

"Whenever you want. I'm free all day."

"Dude, you're breathy voice is turning me on. Your sweaty face doesn't help." His voice turned dark while his bitting his lips.

"Weirdo."

"Hahahaha. And you're Queen Elsa."

"Whatever." Saad ko pagkatapos ay humiga na sa sahig. I was breathy and sweaty all at the same time. Kinuha ko ang cellphone at tiningnan ito. Nakahiga pa rin ito habang nakatingin lang sa akin. He looks so attractive. His curly long hair looks messy and tousled.

"Let's have lunch later?" He asked me and I nod.

"Sure." Tumayo ako at uminom ng tubig. Sumipol ito.

"Damn, those abs, girl! I never thought you have those."

"Yeah? These are my babies." I tapped my stomach and let him see my abs.

"And mine, too. Daddy can't wait to kiss them. Hahaha!" He joked so I gave him a dirty finger.

"Hoy! Ang bad!"

"Says by the one who's been spurting sex innuendos most of the times." Sagot ko pero tumawa lang ito.

"You're smart mouth is such a gold."

"Yeah, I've been told about that a couple of times already." Pinunasan ko ang mukha at katawan ko. "Hey, I'm gonna take a shower first. Let's talk later."

"Okay. I'm hungry, too. Kain muna ako sa baba. See you later, Beautiful."

"Hm, see you."

I turned off my phone then went out on the gym. Today is Sunday so the girls are in their rooms sleeping. Tanging mga kasambahay lang ang nakikita ko.

"Young lady, where do you wish to eat your breakfast?" Tanong ni Butler Jang. Tiningnan ko muna ang oras. It's already 8 in the morning so I decided to have a quick dive in the pool.

"Pool area." Ani ko at yumukod naman ito ng bahagya tapos iniwan ako.

I quickly went to the pool. Naka sports bra naman ako at cycling short-shorts kaya agad na akong nag dive. I did a few laps and relaxed myself. Nang magsawa na ay umahon ako para kumain na ng breakfast.

"Someone will come here to pick me up. Allow him to get inside." Bilin ko kay Butler Jang at tumango ito saka nag bow ulit.

I texted my address to Marcus before I took a shower. After I was done, I did my skin care routine and blowdried my hair. Pansin kong bumababa na ang pulang kulay ng buhok ko. My natural hair color is already visible. Maybe, I can go to a salon next time. I went to my walk-in closet to look for an outfit today.
