"Welcome home, Young Lady." Yumukod si Butler Jang at ang mga maid. Nakita ko si Luna na buhat-buhat ni Butler Jang. Kyeopta!

"Meow~"

"Magbibihis lang ako. Park my car outside." Tugon ko at pumanhik sa kwarto. Inihagis ko ang bag sa kama at patihaya akong humiga para magpahinga saglit. Napaka boring!

Kinuha ko ang cellphone ko sa bulsa. Tss! Wala pa ring text ang unggoy. Di na rin ako nag text simula pa kagabi. Akala niya siya lang ay may alam, ah. Patigasan kami.

I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in!" Sigaw ko at agad naman na bumukas ang pinto.

"Where do you want to eat your dinner, Young Lady?" Narinig ko ang boses ni Butler Jang. Umupo ako at tinitigan ito.

"Do you have a girlfriend?" Random kong tanong. Tila nagulat ito sa itinanong ko dahil never pa naman akong nagtanong ng ganitong klase sa kanya.

"Waeyo, agassi?" (Why, Young Lady?)

"Do you always text each other?" Nahihiya naman itong tumango.

"How often?" Ulit na tanong ko.

"If I have time."

"So you mean to say that he doesn't have time?" Taas kilay kong tanong. Natigilan na naman ito.

Tumayo ako para maligo. Nang matapos ako ay agad na pumasok ako sa walk-in closet. Pinili kong isuot ang itim na short at maluwang na pulang t-shirt na pinarisan ko ng itim na gucci shoes.

"Yes?" Sagot ko sa tawag ni Kuya Spencer.

"Dad and I will come home in the Philippines."

"Wae?"

"We heard that you joined an interschool competition. Dad is excited to see you compete again. It's been years already."

"Tss, no need to come here just because of that. And how's your arm by the way?" Kinuha ko ang susi ko sa kotse at lumabas ng kwarto.

"Yeodongsaeng! Don't you want to see me?! And I'm okay now, thank you for asking."

"Tss, whatever."

"We will be there on Friday 'cos Venice said it's your 400m medley schedule."
