Chapter 202: Toya Setsuno

Chapter 202

June 17th 20XX

Izuku's Apartment

12:20 PM

Izuku: Shoto something changed

Shoto: Wait did the plans with the Yakuza change?

Izuku: No, you know how my hero persona Tenshi saved Kamino?

Shoto: Yeah

Izuku: Well one of the detectives came to my apartment right before you arrived, I was invited to the hero ranking party

Shoto remembered how his father got more and more angry when the hero rankings were released and the hero ranking parties were the symbolism, his father had to go and it made him furious which led to him pushing Shoto further and further into becoming stronger

Shoto: So you are in the top 10 heroes, I'm not surprised, your entrance in Kamino as well as All Might most likely dropping in the rankings, my father hasn't talked to me so I had no idea they were holding one so soon after Kamino

Izuku: It's what runs the hero world, it's all about rankings and a devastating incident such as Kamino is just another opportunity to rise up in the rankings to them. However I have to make an appearance.

Shoto: Well how long do we have until the hero ranking party begins

Izuku: It begins in two days, which means that I'll have to explain to Overhaul

Shoto: Speaking of Overhaul, what is he like, as a person I mean

Izuku: He's controlling and in a way he has reason to act so controlling, however he is a total scumbag

A drink is poured

Izuku and Shoto quickly stopped their conversation as there was movement in the kitchen. Izuku ran towards the kitchen and drew a knife from his sleeve but somehow flew out of his hand and into the hands of a blonde haired man in a crow mask. He was dressed in a dark green shirt with a red tie and stared at the two with open eyes.

Setsuno: The names Toya Setsuno, as you most likely have already pierced together I am a member of the Yakuza, I was going to wait to reveal myself however as a member of both the Yakuza and the  Eight Precepts of Death I figured that I could reveal myself now, especially since you were talking about the boss

Izuku: So Overhaul sent you to spy on me

Setsuno: Don't take it personally it was a precaution that was necessary in order to ensure the continued safety of the Yakuza and Overhaul

Izuku: *smirks* Well very impressive and understandable, I assume that your ability took the knife out of my hands, Overhaul was smart to choose you

Setsuno: Thanks, but I was ordered to keep things professional until you get to our base, you can understand that can't you?

Izuku: I understand

Setsuno: Great, now I'm getting bored so if you could get ready to go sooner *sips the drink he had previously poured* that would be great.

Izuku figured that it would be better to leave earlier rather than the set time, enough things have changed and what would change if he left earlier. Shoto however saw first hand what he was going up against, the threat of someone who could hide so close without anyone noticing, he felt like he had fully understood the situation that he was in, but know he understood Izuku's fear much more than before.

Shoto: I'll get everything ready

Setsuno: Oh no we will be delivering everything

Izuku: I'm not going unconscious again, neither is Shoto

Setsuno: *sighs* fine just get everything ready, I'll report to the boss

Setsuno put the glass on the kitchen table and walked towards the balcony jumping off and disappearing from view.

Shoto: Izuku did they really

Izuku: Yes, this is the danger we are facing, let's just get the supplies ready, the sooner we start the sooner we can finish

Shoto felt Izuku's anger and decided that it would be best not to push the subject any further, for now he would just go along with Izuku.

Normally I go by first names but because Toya is a more common name that will be used in the story I went with Setsuno, for reference I have this picture of him below.
