Endeavor had been preparing for the hero ranking event when Hawks came in the office, Endeavor didn't know how Hawks was sneaking into his office but it was pissing him off.
Endeavor: I already told you we aren't going after Dabi until after the
Hawks: *cutting Endeavor off* Yeah yeah I know this is important
Endeavor: What is it now?
Hawks: It's about Tenshi
Endeavor: What about him
Hawks: If wasn't in Kamino because your little plan to work around the law to stop the villains was a secret
Endeavor: We did what we had to do what we did to protect our images
Hawks: Yet you left me out of the loop
Endeavor: Is that what this is about, huh your having a hissy fit
Hawks: That's not important, I am talking about how All Might took the fall for everyone
Endeavor: What does that mean and what the hell does that have to do with Tenshi huh?
Hawks: They can't decided what positions we are in, you have been ranked number one because of your experience. However there are problems with facing All Might. The backlash of Kamino and the rise of Tenshi has result in a decrease in crime, besides Dabi of course
Endeavor: So?
Hawks: *sighs* Tenshi isn't a hero that can be ranked because he isn't a hero as a job, in the end he is a hero and that causes a problem
Endeavor: So they don't know where to put him, great why the hell should I care. I am going to be number 1 after all!
Hawks: The point is that Tenshi will most likely make an appearance as the number three hero but of course speculation is just a guess, well more an educated guess, or a theory or...
Endeavor: *annoyed* I get it just shut up and get the hell out of here!
Hawks: I figured you would want to know
Endeavor: Whatever just go
Hawks left but he couldn't stop thinking about how Endeavor didn't seem fazed by Tenshi, it was as if the number one title has gone to his head... Thoughts for another time Hawks thought.
