Do I have more than head knowledge? Pray for revelation, where God reveals Himself to you. We must strive diligently against sin.
Joshua 7: Sin cannot dwell before a holy God. Sin can be hid from man, but not from God.
Acts 8: The Lord can use even what is meant for evil for good. Persecution shouldn't silence it. Use all things and do all things for the glory of the Lord. Our hearts, thoughts and motives are all laid open before God. Be zealous to repent.
