Prayer is getting to know God intimately. Present your problems humbly.
Judges 2-3: He is a covenant keeping God. His promises are sure. The ungodly among us are a temptation and snare- stand guard. Be watchful. False repentance turns back to "forsaken sin".
Trials are sent/allowed so that we may be tested/proved, that we may know what is in our heart. God will answer when we cry unto Him, but don't take His grace in vain.
Isaiah 28: The Lord is His people's prize, crown, joy, glory, beauty, a sure foundation.
Zechariah 7: Be just, merciful and compassionate. Be kind and charitable. Don't even hate in your heart. If we regard iniquity in our heart, the Lord will not hear. See that ye refuse not He who speaks.
