Isaiah 48: There are those that call themselves children of the Lord, but because they cleave to sin, though they claim His Name, they are none of His. They deceive themselves. The Lord is yet faithful, He'll not cast off His own. The trial of affliction will try, refine and purge us. Ascribe glory to the Lord alone. He's eternal, He's the Creator, all nature listens to Him. Pray He shows us too the way to go in. Keep your eyes on Jesus. In Him, in obedience to Him, there's peace. He's our Redeemer and Provider.
Ecclesiastes 10: Seek even after wisdom, pray for wisdom from God- it will be profitable for guidance and direction.
Romans 9: Unless we're in Christ, walking in holiness, we deceive ourselves by merely taking on the Name of Christ. Those that are His must depart from iniquity. Not all those that say they're Israel, are Israel. because many Jews have rejected Christ, the promise has been made to include the Gentiles. We've nothing to offer God, no righteousness of our own that should merit salvation. It's of His mercy we aren't consumed. God is infinitely righteous and perfect, who are we to speak against Him. Who is to tell how long those that perish rejected the offer of salvation? It's through faith we believe we're adopted and called of God. Whosoever believes in faith for salvation shall not be ashamed.
