32 - THE PART WHERE I SUFFER FOR ETERNITY

(FRISK POV)

     "No, no it's nothing like that. Hell isn't real, I've checked." That's right. He can hear my thoughts.
     "Then what is this place? Why aren't you still punishing me? And why are you looking at my SOUL chart again?" He sighed.
     "I've told you. This is the VOID, I might have figured something out, and it has to do with the gaps in your SOUL."
     "Then what is it?"
     "When I was showing you those visions, your SOUL actually changed. It acquired twice the space it usually would. If you look on the chart," The VOID altered itself to show it in a black version of classroom. "This is you now," He changed the chart and showed me one with a lot more of every TRAIT, and half of each TRAIT is faded. There are also more gaps that are filled with black. Rather than the red that filled mine. "This is you during the visions. My theory is that, because prince Chara's SOUL feeds off of your DETERMINATION, when you lose your willpower to Honoris Insanium, it corrupts his SOUL for that period in time." I stayed silent. "And when he possessed you to increase stamina and endurance, that combined power also became corrupted. A twisted, perverted, amalgam of DETERMINATION, like a snowball, killing everyone without a conscience. And... when you became unpossessed, you regained control of your actions... you wanted to go back... and... fix it." He started to shake, his words became choppy and distorted. "But he remained in LV 20, because... that wasn't actually you." He stopped. Almost... frozen in time. Suddenly, the VOID seemed to shift around us.

     "Listen. Human. You are about to be taken back to wherever you were supposed to go, you won't remember the bulk of what happened here, but before you do you need to remember: Tell sans that I'm okay. Tell sans that I'm—"
