I kneeled down to focus, but I could also sense that Jack wasn't gonna let me as he ran over in a panicked rush with his swords.

"What are you doing?" He yelled at me as he swung his swords at me, and I blocked his attack with a wall.

"Ah, I can't do anything with you this close!" I exclaimed and plunged my right arm into the floor. Just then, the whole house vibrated violently. Now that I don't need to hold back, my magic things were about to get interesting.

Jack hopped over the wall and summoned his canisters to his side. "W-what are you about to do?"

"For all Creation Mages, they can control very small amounts of the element they wield. However, there have been very few who can control much more. This spell was something that my grandfather made and told me about. Observe, Constructor Spell: Terraform!" I turned my arm clockwise, and the sound of a key unlocking a lock occurred. The mansion reacted suddenly, and the rooms around us began to shift. Parts of them went from one side to the other, the walls and statues were twisted and distorted, the stairs were in every direction, and the front door was somewhere else hidden in the mansion.

Jack had been shifted to a higher spot when the mansion moved, and I could sense that he was looking around hastily. "Where did you go? You coward, hiding like this won't help you!"

"Oh, I'm not hiding, and I wasn't done talking first." I sunk into the floor and moved up above him. "As you can see, I can do more than just control the structure. I can manipulate it to make whatever I want."

Jack threw his sword up, but I sunk back in as the blade embedded itself in the stairs I was on. "Quit hiding, you brat!"

"You have no authority over this 'brat.' You're in my domain now and in this place," I slowly came up behind him and slowly wound up two of my fingers. "I'm the Architect."

"No..."

Jack was too slow to react as I jabbed my fingers on his spine. "Renewal Acupuncture Technique: Pinpoint Cannon!" I created a blast of pressure that sent him soaring through the walls and outside the mansion. I didn't need to worry about him coming back; Jack was going to be permanently paralyzed from his neck down, and to me, that's a far worse fate than death.

I checked on my sister and could sense her still fighting the two other hunters downstairs, but at this point, she was just torturing them, and I'm not gonna stop her, they hurt our mother.

It was time to head to father's room, and thankfully as I was shifting the entire house, I brought his room down to the ground floor. So, I just needed to hop off the ledge and walk over to the door to my right. The smell of heavy cologne and cigar smoke burst out of the room the moment I opened the doors. I could see my father sitting by his fireplace with a chair across from him. I didn't need to guess who was in the other chair; it was mother.

"Even the best bounty hunters weren't enough to make my children yield into submission. Do I have to do everything myself?" Father got up from his chair and faced me. His face was perfectly fine, like I never hit him.

I moved mom's chair over to me and untied her. "Don't worry, mom, Julia and I are here to save you."

"James, behind you," Mom grunted, and I sensed father running towards me, so I just sent a spike through his chest, stopping him dead. "James...you..."

"I don't care, Mom. We need to get you to Julia so she can heal you." I got her arm around my shoulders and walked out of the room. I didn't realize earlier that I made the main room impossible to maneuver through, so I snapped my fingers and made us a path to the basement. We got halfway through the path when mom fell to her knees, and she didn't budge.
