A/N: Hi lovelies! I've created an Instagram account (@thelostdiadem01) and I'll be posting sneak peeks, polls, updates, and songs that go with the chapters! I plan on being as active on there as I can, and I hope this will make it easier to interact with you all. Thank you for being amazing and kind people, you make writing this story worth it.

George and I walk with our friends to our next class. Fred wraps an arm around my shoulder, and Lee stands next to George. "We're about to pull the best prank to ever hit the halls of Hogwarts." Fred says to us all.

"Are we?" I ask with a grin.

"I've learned a charm that'll make any corridor into a lake. I've been itching to try it-" Fred begins to explain.

"As if it wouldn't be obvious that we'd done it." George reprimands him.

"Buzzkill, but true. Those are difficult spells, and we're upperclassmen. Blame goes straight to-" Lee says with a laugh.

"The devilishly handsome ginger and his slightly worse looking twin brother. They may even wrap up the quidditch commentator and the local slag." Fred says.

"Shut up, Fred." George says, his face growing hot. I know Fred only meant it as a joke, but his words cut both George and me deep.

"Why don't we do something else? It's been more than a full day since we've been back and we've not done anything remotely inconvenient for Filch." Lee complains, changing the subject back to pranks.

I sigh gratefully and rack my brain of what we should do. "Charm the Slytherin brooms pink?" I suggest.

"They're under maximum security, that'll take more planning." George answers.

"What if we bewitch quills to only write in Spanish?" Lee tries.

"Good, except everyone has more than two quills. There's thousands of quills in this castle, it would take too long." Fred complains.

"What if we shave Mrs. Norris again? Filch had a heart attack last time we did." I throw out.

The boys look to each other and nod; we decide to skip our last class and find the wretched creature Filch likes to call a cat. Together, we search the halls high and low, with no success. We grumble small complaints about our wasted efforts on our way to our common room.

Halfway up we decide that we're hungry, and I volunteer to go to the kitchen to get some food for us all. Lee decides to go with me; the twins tell us to meet them in the common room.

Lee and I make our way to the dungeons giggling, taking as much food from the kitchens as we can carry. I make sure to grab extra chocolate frogs and even a few butterbeers for everybody else.

"You doing alright?" Lee asks me, slightly serious.

"Yeah, it's not heavy!" I say as we begin to make our way back to Gryffindor tower.

He shakes his head and follows me. "That's not what I meant."

"Oh... I'm fine." I tell him, my smile fading.

"You can talk to me." He replies, pausing on the steps.

I nod and nudge him to keep going. "Come on. I don't want that chicken to get cold!" I pretend to complain.

We make our way to the common room, finding Fred on the couch. George is nowhere to be seen. My eyes scan the room, but I can't find him. "There's a boy who looks just like you, and he's always around you, except he's not here. Where is he?" Lee says jokingly.
