A/N: Hi besties, it seems Wattpad didn't send out a notification to anyone that I posted a new chapter yesterday (this is the third time, sigh). If you didn't read yesterday's chapter, make sure you do before you read this one! Also, I post a reminder on my Instagram stories everytime I post a chapter, for when stuff like this happens.

I post chapters at around 11:30am PST, if you just want to come back and check if I've posted for that day. Sorry that this happened, hopefully Wattpad is able to notify you guys when I post(:

P.S. No, Mira is not pregnant! I hate when fanfics do that and although Mira is an adult, she is still in school so no it's not happening lol!

I spend the rest of the day with the twins, mostly just hanging out in the common room. People randomly walk up to our group, talking to the boys in anticipation of the party tonight.

I now sit on the couch nearest the fireplace with the twins and Lee, casually chatting with whoever walks up to talk to them. Dinner was in an hour, and the party was after dinner. I sit on George's right side, between him and Lee. George's arm is heavy around my shoulders, but being close to him is comforting.

We talk to Oliver Wood now, and I only half pay attention to what he has to say. He was still somewhat friends with Katie Bell; I wasn't really interested in pursuing a friendship with either of them.

"I heard that a bunch of Hufflepuffs are bringing party favors." Oliver Wood tells Fred, grinning from ear to ear.

"Do you know why only the Hufflepuffs get them? They're always nearly impossible to find if you don't get it from a Hufflepuff." I ask, looking to him.

Oliver scoffs, as if the answer was common knowledge. "There's a girl, younger than us. Hannah Abbott, I think her name is. Her father invented them, so she's able to get them to all of her friends in her house before they ever go on the market. Totally unfair." He tells me, rolling his eyes.

I only nod. George doesn't notice Oliver's tone towards me, but he was generally oblivious to everything considering niceties. Oliver's words sting me a little; I hate being talked down to.

To distract myself, I think about the party tonight. It should be good fun; I'll be able to see most of my friends. It seems like it's been ages since I've spent any time with Ron, Harry, and Hermione; it's been even longer since I've seen Ginny. We never spent loads of time together anyway, but we usually saw each other more than this.

I decide to go visit Hermione, hoping to pick up Ginny on the way. When I shift away from George, his head snaps in my direction. "Where are you going?" He asks, pulling me back in.

"I don't want to sit here and be belittled by Oliver Wood. I'm going to find Hermione." I whisper.

"Belittled? What are you talking about?" He whispers back.

"Just forget it. I want to see Hermione, I haven't seen her in far too long." I whisper back. I move to leave again, but he doesn't let me go.

He carefully leans into me and delicately places his lips directly on my neck, just below my ear. "You're going to leave me on my birthday?" He complains.

I roll my eyes. "As if I haven't spent the entire day with you. Come on, just for a little bit. I'll see you at dinner."

Begrudgingly, he lets go of my arm. I kiss his cheek and leave the boys, making my way to the girls staircase. I reach Ginny's room in the blink of an eye, but find her room is empty; none of her roommates are in there either.
