Chapter 20

Emily's POV

Today is Monday, Kenna and I are eating breakfast before she has to go to school and I go to work,

"Who's getting you today?" I ask her, Usually Grant or Oakley would pick her up in the mornings

"Oakley, Grant isn't going to school today," she says

"Okay, and here" I say walking out and back in with her phone

"Oh my god,  are you serious?" She ask jumping up and running over to me

"Yes really, but Makenna never again" I say and she nods happily taking her phone

"Yes never again! Thank you Thank you" she says giving me a hug and grabbing her bag

"Oh Oakley is here got to go. I love you!" She says walking out the door

I chuckle and grab my bag and coffee and heading out the door.

I walk into the office and Spencer and Derek were talking and JJ was in her office

"Morning Prentiss" Derek says as I sit down at my desk

"Morning" I say

"Emily" I hear my favorite blonde say

"Hey Jayje, how was your date? I forgot to ask" I ask her and she shakes her head and sits on my desk

"It was good, we out to dinner then came back to my place and we watched a movie and he went home" she tells me and I nod

"Don't worry Emily I didn't sleep with him" she whispers just so I could hear

" I wasn't-"

"Yes you were" she chuckles and I roll my eyes

"We did make-out a little though" she jokes

"On the first date? You naughty girl" I say and she playfully hits me

"I think we did a little more than make-out our first date" she reminds me and we start laughing

"What's so funny?" Reid ask us

"Nothing" We say in unison and Derek smirks

"So Rossi, how was your weekend" JJ ask him, I had almost forgotten about him at the Gala

"Nice and relaxing" he says

"Really? We seen you and your date at the gala" I chuckle

"Date? What date?" Derek ask

"Yea Rossi, what date?" JJ ask him

"It wasn't a date. We merely went as friends" he says

"With who?" Derek ask

"Erin Strauss" I say and Derek looks shocked

"I always knew there was something there" Derek says

"It was nothing, we are friends, and if you saw us than you two were there together" Rossi adds

"Yea, we went just as friends though unlike you and Strauss" I say

"Sure, Emily, sure" he says and turns back around,

Kenna's POV

Oakley, Micah, Lyla, Vic and I are all sitting at our table during lunch, just missing Grant

"I'm so glad you have your phone back" Vic jokes

"Haha me too, it felt like forever without it" I say and they laugh
