Chapter 22

Sorry it's late it has been a long day

JJs POV

I woke up in Emily's bed, last night we agreed we would try again, I needed to talk to Will today, I needed to let him down easily.

Me accepting to try again doesn't change the fact that I want kids, of course Kenna is like a daughter to me, even when Emily and I weren't together. I don't know how Emily will feel about it though and the process of us trying to get pregnant. I feel like it's going to be a lot but this is something I really want and always have, not right now I know but I thinks it's something I need to talk to Emily about to see if she even wants anymore kids, I always said if I had a girl I would incorporate Roslyn Into her name after my sister

"What are your thinking about" Emily's says as she rolls over and faces me

"What? Nothing" I say and she frowns

"Don't lie to me Jennifer" she says

"It's not important" I smile getting up and making my way to the bathroom, I get done and Emily is sitting on her bed on her phone

"Are you ready to talk?" She ask me and I shake my head

"There is nothing to talk about" I say and she sighs

"Jennifer talk to me" she says

"Later? I need to get going and talk to Will" I say she she nods

"Okay, be safe and call me once you do it" she says and I nod kissing her lips

"Yes mom" I chuckle before leaving her in her bed and making my way to meet Will at local park

"Hey JJ" I hear him come up behind me

"Hey Will" I say and he sits down next to me on the park bench

"Is everything okay ?" He ask me

"Will, we need to talk. This isn't working, I'm so sorry. You're a great man and deserve someone that can make you happy in all ways possible, I was just getting out of a relationship and I shouldn't have jumped into something with you" I tell him and he looks down

"I get it, I was the rebound" he says sadly

"Will I really am sorry" I tell him and he just nods

"It's okay JJ, Take care" he says before standing up and walking away. I wipe the single tear that fell from my face and made my way back to my car to call Emily,

I get off the phone with Emily and made my way back to my place,

Emily's POV

Just got off the phone with JJ, she told me she talked to Will, I'm glad she did and he took it well,

I want to know what she was thinking earlier, little upsetting she didn't want to tell me but I guess we have to earn each other's trust back and she told me she would tell me later so I will take that as an answer,

"Mom" Kenna says knocking on my door

"Yea babes" I say and she walks in with the 'I want something look'

"You know you look very pretty today" she says and I laugh

"I havnent gotten out of bed" I chuckle "what do you want?" I ask

"Can I go to Grants tonight? Please! Oakley is coming too" she tells me

"Grant? You want to go to Grants house?" I ask her and she nods
