Chapter 62

Christmas Eve

JJ's POV

It's Christmas Eve and I'm so excited, Emily and I recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary, it was truly amazing. I'm also about 13 weeks now, my "bump" is a little noticeable if I wear tight close but its really just as I'm bloated right now. Also I had to buy new bras as my others don't fit anymore, my boobs are huge and sore all the time,  thankfully I have Emily and she is already right there no matter what the problem may be,

Emily and I also talked and we are waiting until 16 weeks to tell anyone, only about a month mow, I'm just worried something may happen.

Emily is out right now getting a few gifts she said which gave me plenty of time to wrap a few extras. We got everyone on the team one and our parents. My parents are actually coming down today and should be here around 3. Emily said Elizabeth is supposed to stop by some point today as well she doesn't have high hopes that she does but still. Kenna also know we want to keep the baby a secret so she is under strict orders to not tell my parents

Guaranteed Grant knows but that's more of the idea Kenna has someone to talk to about the baby if she doesn't feel like she can come to us. I know it can probably be a little overwhelming.

She is super excited though and can't wait to help us decorate the nursery once we figure out what the gender is.

I honestly love being pregnant, bringing another life into the world makes me happy. A child. Mine and Emily's child. Although the sickness and pain sucks.

I finished wrapping a few more of Makennas presents and left them in our closet and walked downstairs to see Emily putting some presents under the tree

"Santa Claus? Is that you?" I joke and she turns around rolling her eyes

"It is I, but it seems Jennifer you are on the naughty list" she smirks getting up and walks over to me with that look in her eyes and it drives me crazy

"Oh really? What are you going to do? Spank me?" I chuckle and she wraps her arms around my waist and spins me around

"I might just have too" she smiles and pulls me into a  kiss and rest her head against mine

"I love you Emily, so so much I don't know what I would do without you," I say and a tear drops down my cheeks. I hate the hormones too, add that to the list

"I love you too Jennifer, you make me complete and I can't imagine what would happen if I didn't get placed In the BAU" she smiles and I kiss her again

"Wanna dance?" She ask

"Dance?" I chuckle and she nods

"Yes" she smiles and pulls out her phone and puts music on and puts her arms around my waist as I put mine around her neck and we danced slowly moving to the music.

We danced forever it felt like. It was nice. I absolutely love being in Emily's arms,

We only stopped when we heard a camera shutter and look over to see Makenna smiling with her phone out.

I blushed and put my face into Emily's neck

"Makenna Grace what are you doing" Emily chuckles

"Taking a picture" she replies

"Smartass" Emily says

"I know, but you are disgustingly cute and Penelope will love this picture!" She explains and runs upstairs

"Disgustingly cute?" I ask Emily

"Teenagers" she smile And gives me another kiss and we sit down on the couch together until my parents arrived at 3
