"I think Levi is fine"

---

Since Vien and Aaron had to keep watching over the injured soldiers, they stayed in the wagon on their way back to the walls. And their horses were attached to the other squad members instead

Vien kept tending to the young soldier before he eventually fell asleep on her lap. "The breeze was probably making the boy sleepy"

Aaron smiled as he watched her

"It's amazing Vien, how much you really care about your patients"

Vien looked up to him and smiled, he was also taking care of a soldier who fell asleep on his shoulder

"You were the same with the man back there, you saved two soldiers"

Aaron asked, "You were gone after you saved this soldier from the trees, you didn't get hurt did you?"

She recalled all the events awhile ago in a blink, then she laughed "Of course not, my horse just got lost"

"Oh," He sighed "I was wondering if you got hurt. That's a relief"

They laughed with each other for the rest of the ride, and waited to arrive back safely inside the walls

---

Vien went to clean herself at the moment they arrived back in the walls. Most soldiers were at the yard, where Hanji dealt with the titan they caught. But the medics weren't really needed there so they remained in their respective rooms

Vien laid in her bed for a long 4 hours after changing to her night dress, because she was exhausted to her bones. Her first expedition got her to the brink of death, but she didn't like to dwell on that thought. She didn't know what to feel about the experience

"11pm" She looked at the time

Everyone was tired, and probably asleep by now. Vien also had a lot of questions in her mind so she couldn't sleep, no matter how tired she was. She fixed her hair and decided to make tea in the kitchen

She opened the door and saw not a single person outside. Perfect

The cold evening breeze brushed against her exposed skin, but her legs were warm since the dress flowed down to her knees. It felt cold but it was bearable until she arrived in the building's kitchen

The stinging pain she felt when she took a bath came back, it made her lay her head down on the table again. She didn't even check what it was because she was too tired to find a mirror. She'd rather endure the pain and tend to it tomorrow

After minutes, she stood up and began to make brown tea. Vien looked for the ingredients and waited for the hot water to boil. While waiting, she began thinking about what happened this noon

Then she remembered the moment the titan's head immediately fell to the ground. Levi appeared to save her in a blink and the next thing she knew, she went upside down after losing control of the 3DMG

"Is that a skirt?"

Levi's words replayed in her mind. She didn't know what he glanced at until he mentioned it later

Vien closed her eyes and clenched her fists in embarrassment, and yelled in frustration. She gathered the strength and kicked the chair
