"Gabi get your stupid ass back here right now!" Dahlia exclaims at her

The young warrior snatched the shotgun out of Dahlia's hands, dashing out of the dim lighted structure. When she ran, Falco immediately trailed from behind

The Lieutenant averted her gaze back to Pieck, saying "I'm sorry Pieck, but I have to go after them"

Dahlia brazenly seized the weapon from the soldier beside her, and wore a mask to cover her face - only her eyes were exposed. It was the same mask she'd use whenever she went to war, since she wanted to cover her face from the enemies

Lieutenant jumped straight out the window, and began running where Gabi's shrill yells led her to. Dahlia veered at a corner and approached the two of them. But they were too much into a conversation that they didn't bother the lady who's nearby

"This place is my home, it's where the people I care about live!" Gabi was crying "What they did to us was unforgivable, yet you're telling me not to run after those demons?"

Their aircraft was seen once again, finding more scouts to make their escape. Gabi impatiently reloaded the gun, looking over her shoulder

"That's just common sense at this point. They're cruel devils who always deserved to die" She scoffs

However, when Dahlia approached them from behind, they both gasped. They realized that she's been listening to their conversation the whole time. "Lieutenant Klein-"

"You shouldn't go Gabi, you'll have nowhere to run once you get on that bimp" Dahlia stated "Think about your own safety for once!"

The young girl gritted her teeth, as she clenched her fists "Lieutenant, you've helped our forces so many times now. You're not planning to switch alliances this time, right?!"

Dahlia responded "I'm resorting to the safest option for you two brats. You'll not be getting on that bimp"

Gabi yelled in disagreement, continuing to run after the aircraft. The boy immediately ran after her, but Dahlia only rolled her eyes at it, sighing to herself in frustration

Only a whiff of time has passed by when she heard a gunshot from the corner they disappeared to. Dahlia briskly ran towards that corner, but her eyes widen when Gabi was holding onto the maneuver gear attached to the slow fleeing aircraft

The Lieutenant was stupefied that she halted in her tracks, shouting over her lungs "Gabi Braun stop what you're doing this instant!!!"

Dahlia didn't know if the face mask muffled her ability to speak clearly, or Gabi was just rebellious to her orders - no, it was the second one with no doubt. she's always like this

Suddenly, Colt's yells were heard from behind. But before they were able to stop Gabi, she retracted the wire, which carried her up. Dahlia's gaped in disbelief when Falco held onto her ankles, relenting her plan to go after them

"I swear. Those shitless brats always have to make my life harder" Dahlia angrily grunted

Colt glanced at the Lieutenant worriedly as she grasped her maneuver gear, rushing towards the aircraft "Miss Klein! Don't tell me you're thinking of going there!"

"Whether it's digging my own grave or getting out of it, I'm always going to have their back. It's a duty" Were her last words, before she ran towards the tall clocktower

Upon taking a soldier out, she slid in the bimp and scanned the room for the warrior candidates - they weren't there, shit. The scouts quickly lunged at her, but Dahlia began knocking them out one by one. She was able to knock out every scout seated at the rear cabin

"Argh!" Lieutenant looked over her shoulder when someone was about to lunge at her, and when he did, she was pinned onto the floor "I've had enough of you bastards today!"

Fighting back, she tried getting his hands off her. But when he focused on her eyes a gasp escaped his mouth and the grip on her shoulders loosened. Dahlia briskly sat up as she aimed her gun at him

"Hey, y-you're" His voice croaked

But his sentence stopped midway, including Dahlia's breath when the sound of scraping metal screeched. The next thing she knew, a blade was sitting right beside her neck

"Tch, another one. how many more of you scums are planning to raid this damn airship?" The man's voice teemed with huskiness "Jean, it looks like you know this person"

Jean spoke in small voice "S-she was the person who hesitated to kill me back when we tried to obtain the Cart Titan's holder..."

The scout behind Dahlia tilted her head, catching a glimpse of her face. But he furrowed his eyebrows when she had a mask on, which covered more than ninety percent of her face. Dahlia angrily closed her eyes shut, so he wasn't able to see the slightest detail of her visage

When he looked behind her head, it looked like the mask had locks on it. Which meant it wouldn't come off unless they had a key

The sight of it made him click his tongue "Tchh, who the hell would hide their face like this. You must be some ugly motherfucker then"

Dahlia couldn't see his face, but she could feel his eyes glaring at her. It didn't bother her, as she kept her eyes closed and her mouth shut. Although he was right - her heavy mask was a nuisance to her for years, but she was now used to it

"We will ask the other ugly mother fucker to confirm her identity" The hoarse voice resumed "I don't think she could even speak with this shit"

Dahlia was briskly brought by the collar, being pushed inside another room. Her eyes open, and her eyes quickly fell on the candidates who were tied up. Including - Zeke? He didn't die? The three of them also had the same expression on their faces when the Lieutenant entered

"Ms-" Gabi bit her lip hard before she blurted out her name "What are you doing up here?! I thought-"

Their Captain tied her hands with a rope, and pushed her down to her knees. She quietly stayed beside the warrior candidates, facing Zeke

"S-she's the one Captain, the soldier who killed 26 of our men!" Connie frighteningly stared at the woman

"I heard stories about Marleyan's Lieutenant Colonel, so you're the monster who takes torturing as a hobby no?" Their Captain scoffed

He clenched her hair and his rough voice filled her ears "I suppose you won't mind if I take up that hobby on you too?" - she didn't respond

Gabi wrecked the ice cold, and intmidating atmosphere by yelling at him "Don't you dare touch our Lieutenant! You devils are going to pay for everything you've done!!"

"Sure. I'm looking forward to that"
