"Oi, was that
attempted murder?"

---

"Oh my go- I didn't notice it was already 4 am!" Hanji panicked

Several hours passed without them noticing, and the ray of light that reflected on Hanji's glasses snapped her out. The four eyed woman fell from her seat, and frantically picked up the pile of disarrayed papers on the ground

"What? I don't think titans are made of cake flour Hanji, we should scratch that out of our research" Vien yawned repeatedly in between her words, clearly she was an inch closer to falling asleep

"Huuuh?" Hanji stared confusedly "But I never mentioned cake flour, where did you get that idea from?"

Vien placed the papers down, and stretched her body lazily. Even though she was dead sleepy, she still managed to get on her feet

"Come again?" She yawned

Hanji held her nape "Oh maybe I misunderstood, what did you say?"

"When?" "A few moments ago"

It seemed like she was too fazed to answer, which caused Hanji to wait a minute before her reply. She shot her eyes open, and clapped her hands once, gesturing that she remembered it. Hanji smiled in assurance, and told her to resume

"I remember! I think I said 'when', didn't I Hanji?" Vien covered her mouth to muffle all her yawns in

"Eh?" Hanji's smile faded, and it turned to a look of disapproval

She watched as Vien arranged the papers on her desk, stacking them all one by one. Even though Vien was drained, the 18-hours worth of mess was cleaned in a few seconds

A faint smile appeared on her face, as she saluted "I'll be going to work now Hanji. Also, don't forget to clean up your desk. It's so messy"

The lady only laughed at her sleep deprived behavior, and watched the doctor skip further into the empty corridor. She was holding the papers of Levi that she worked on, so Hanji already knew where she was headed. "This'll be funny"

Levi's POV

I glanced at the time, and it read 4 am in the morning. Surprisingly, I already cleaned my office and done some of my papers yet Vien hasn't arrived yet. She wasn't outside last night, so I assumed that she slept early. Although she was usually 30 minutes earlier than me

After a while of drinking tea to pass time, the rhythmic pattern of knocking I always awaited finally played. "You can come in Dr. Vien"

The door creaked open, and when Vien skipped closer, it was like every moment I saw her. My heart flutters at every step she takes towards me, her voice plays like music, and my eyes see her, and her only. It annoys me when even the smallest things of Vien make me love her even more, but that's what makes this brat so beautiful

Though I sensed something off with her salut. Vien's eyes kept flicking open and close, and her voice was lazy in every syllable

I kept my mouth shut and just watched her every move. She placed the pile of paperwork down, yawning before talking

"This is your paperwork, and it only took me 3 hours to finish it"

Yup, she was clearly lacking sleep. Since it wasn't a usual thing for her, it concerned me. But the sight was too amusing to not play along

"Oh really? You never told me you were this fast in writing" I replied

Vien sat down, and buried her head under her arms on my desk. And the little noise she whined out made me chuckle under my breath
