Breaking Dawn Pt.2

The year 2009

Once Bella got into her trunk, she looks beside her at Dorothea who composedly read her book not sparing Bella a glance, "Alice's vision was clear. Renesmee would have a future. But Edward and I wouldn't be a part of it, right?"

Dorothea finally stares up at the girl, studying her sad yet understanding eyes that gaze back at hers. "Me and Alice might possess visions within the family, my illusion works separately from hers. For now, just consider it as a positive action if a war does start, Bella."

The vampire just nods her head, taking a deep breath to control her emotion before starting her truck. Dorothea glimpses at the girl once more before focusing back on her book.

As Bella finishes writing her letter to Renesmee, Alistair walks into the room. It was midnight, and most of the vampires had left to go hunting for their food while the Cullens played with Renesmee and Edward in the living room.

"It's a romantic notion, isn't it? That a righteous few can defy a great evil. I must admit, you even had me believing. For a moment. Well, good luck." It shocked Bella, turning around to meet face to face with Alistair, caught in her action.

Alistair turns and starts walking out, "You're gonna need it. Cheers."

Bella watched as Alistair just left the room with the sad thought of losing a witness to a happy future. Just before Alistair could leave the house by the attic's window knowing Carlisle would be at the main, he didn't aspect to see Dorothea there, gazing through the window.

"You're leaving? No, my apology, engages me to correct that. You are leaving."

Alistair had let out a sigh, out of everyone, the man was attempting his hardest to dodge Dorothea knowing it will be harder for him to leave. He would rather face Carlisle yelling at him than Dorothea's sad yet angry expression.

"I sense the number travelling with the Volturi, the fear for my own life becomes overbearing, Thea." Dorothea started slowly trailing around the cold dark attic that Alistair keeps to himself throughout the month which is his, 'favourite place to sulk,'

Dorothea knows that Alistair cares for her too generous to betray her like that, and therefore chooses to flee instead of choosing sides which Dorothea is charmed with but that doesn't change the fact that the man chooses to leave without a goodbye.

"I'm not enraged because you're bolting away. Out of everyone in the entire wide world, you should comprehend by now, how I can read you like a book. I understand your every motif but retreating without a goodbye hurts the most, Alis. At least tell me your actual reasoning for disappearing since a goodbye is like stabbing yourself countless times."

Alistair yet again let out a exhale, Dorothea had discovered him red-handed. Through the whole month of sojourning here, Alistair notes that the efforts everyone is making have begun to give him a small glimmer of hope, but it all dashes when he sees Bella writing notes and packing for Renesmee.

Seeing this told him that, there was no point in struggling. Dorothea regards this, his eyes were clear with the sentiment, telling her his argumentation. "I care about you, Thea. I do but I'm a coward to face danger alongside you and Carlisle"

Dorothea drew the man into an embrace, providing him with the most earnest hug ever. "I know and I won't ask you to. I distinguish your limit, Alis. We'll meet in the future, I identify at least that."

Alistair has nevermore been so appreciative to Dorothea than right now for understanding him. Dorothea waves grievously as Alistair gave her one last look, a genuine miniature smile before jumping out the attic's window.

It's Christmas, and Bella has decided to bring her family to spend the holiday season with her father, Dorothea, Dean, and Jacob decided to go along with it. Shockingly Sue is around for the holiday and she and Charlie had developed a love interest in one another. Bella couldn't be any happier for her father.

Bella watches the snow outside with worry, Edward walks up behind her, and they had a small conversation before Dorothea interrupted them by shoving a bag each with onesies to change into.

Edward gave a displeased look at his sister once he saw what colored onesies he had to wear. Dorothea had dressed up in reindeer onesies while Dean in an elf, Jacob was a snowman, and Renesmee was the gingerbread man.

Leaving Charlie and Sue in Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus.

Dorothea had given Bella a candy cane theme one while Edward a Christmas tree just to tease the man, knowing how much he hated the color green.

Pushing the two into a room to change as Charlie walked up in his Santa suit yelling, "HO! HO! All right! Present time! Let's go! Seth, Leah, stop eating. Jake, you start. Get it going."

It didn't take long for Edward and Bella to change before joining around by the fireplace. Dean and Dorothea had seated themself on the floor by the warm fire, Jacob and Renesmee in front of them while the rest sat on the couch. Jacob passes a present to Renesmee while Seth commences investigating his sister with enthusiasm, "What did you get me?"

Right, Seth and Leah have joined the festive with ugly Christmas sweaters on, ordered by Dorothea of course. Leah groans annoyed at his brother's eagerness for Christmas, "I'm not giving you anything."

"Hey! No, come on, what did you get me?" Dorothea giggles at the sibling interaction while she passed Dean his Christmas present, a notoriously wrapped boxing gloves he's been eyeing for a while.

"Well, Dad, we didn't have time to wrap yours, but here it is." Bella gives Charlie a piece of paper who took it with a questioning look but smiles at his daughter. "It's a 5-day fishing trip to Fraser River. It's for you and Sue."

"You leave tomorrow." Dorothea produced Charlie a small smile that had deceived a sad meaning, apprehending Edward and Bella are trying to pry Charlie out and away from the war happening.

Clapping her had the gain attention, and she moved everyone to the middle of the room, for a Christmas family photo. While Dorothea adjusts the camera, everyone gathered in the middle where Charlie sat on his single sofa, Sue on the armrest with Seth forcing his sister into an embrace.

Bella stood on the opposite side of Charlie with Edward next to her and arms on her waist. Jacob and Renesmee sat by Charlie's feet with a peace sign ready. Once the timer is set for 3 seconds, Dorothea had hurriedly rush off to Dean, who sat alongside Renesmee, drawing him closer so their cheeks would encounter him while yelling.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!"
