addiction - hyunchan

it has been a week since hyunjin bumped into that unfamiliar yet familiar face on the street. as of today, hyunjin decided it would be a good idea to actually attend his classes that he usually avoided for one specific reason...that being: bang chan was in them.

he took a seat in him business class and rested his elbow on the arm of the seat to prop up his head. he couldn't help but shift around uncomfortable as he was feeling anxiety from the high that was wearing off. he was more aware of his surroundings and felt drowsy as he hadn't taken any form of drug since 2 in the morning and it was nearly 9 am. this has been the longest time hes went without it. it was a mistake to him when he left the dorm this morning without calming his cravings...so much so he thought about leaving class.

"hwang, nice to see you show up for once. i'd like to speak with you after class." hyunjin groaned aloud at the professors request and replied with a simple thumbs up. "now students, today we will be doing a hands on assignment during your time in this room with me today that involves our assigned employee students and assigned managers to run a simulation together..."

the class went by quick since hyunjin had the luck of not once being paired with chan. although, that didn't stop the peircing glares they would give each other throughout the course...that was until the older male actually left class early for an unknown reason.

"alright, class is dismissed. hyunjin, come to my office."

once the remainder of the students had exited the large auditorium, hyunjin walked into his professors office where she waited with a face of annoyance. "can we get this over with so i can go back to my dorm." hyunjin picked at the skin on his hands as a distraction from the addiction that was creeping up on him. it has almost now been eight hours without anything, he was just itching to get back and take something to calm the invasive craving. it hurt.

"i'd like to discuss your absences in my class. it seems you attend quite a few of you other classes daily, but skip mine. why is that." she raised a slight brow while seating herself in her office chair.

"look, i have a problem with one of the fuc- one of the students in your class. if that's all you needed, than please excuse me-" he attempted to leave but was called back by the woman's incomplete conversation.

"not so fast. i'd like to discuss as not just your teacher but also the campus counselor about this problem you have with one of my students."

"i don't need to tell you anything. just let me go back please."

"what's the rush for? i'm just offering help."

"you can't help. now goodbye." hyunjin quickly left the room and walked at a quickening pace back to his dorm complex, not caring if he needed to push past someone to get to his dorm.  once in the complex and rushing up the stairs, not bothering to wait in the visible line for the elevator he eventually made it to his floor where he then took his time walking up to his door.  he fumbled with his keys, hand shaking to fit the key in as he heard shuffling on the other side of the dorm.

finally when the door opened, there stood seungmin by his bed that jeongin was seated on. "hi hyunjin" the awkward silence received back made the youngest frown.

instead, the oldest walked over to his dresser and pulled out that same clear baggy. "i'll go in the bathroom since you don't want me doing this around your boyfriend" hyunjin said stuffing the bag into his pocket and making way towards the close door that lead into the wash room.

"wait!" seungmin stepped in front of the door stopping hyunjin.

"get out of the way, i don't have time for this seungmin. i need to feel better." he sounded desperate and honestly jeongin of all people felt sorry for the addict.
