Part 34

Wanda POV-

Sonny always hid how she felt and it's exactly what she did again today. Just as she started to open up, she ran away hiding herself from us.
I just stood there watching her disappear down the hallway and with everything I had, I wanted to follow her but I knew she needed her space.

We spend a couple hours training and talking, we both needed to wrap our heads around things and work out the next step for us.
Jarvis- Lunch has been served, please make your way to the dining area
Wanda- I thought it was your day to make lunch?
Nat- it is
A shrug of the shoulders and we head to the dining room, a massive spread of all foods covers the table

Steve- who made this?
Y/N- that would be me
Wanda- it's been a while since you've cooked
Y/N- yeah well I realised I've been an ass so I thought this was a good way of making it up to all of you
Thor- well I for one, will forgive you
Y/N- thanks Sparky
Thor- a nickname? I like it.
We all take a seat around the table and tuck in, Y/N's cooking talent is incredible and she knew it. The food was delicious and everyone was enjoying it.

Tony- this is nice, you know all of us here together
Steve- thank you Y/N, we all understand how tough things have been for you recently and we all forgave you before this but this is definitely going the right direction

We all finish and there's nothing left, Thor and Steve eat a lot of food but we didn't care, they were a God and super soldier after all
Y/N starts cleaning up and I offer to help which she accepts, I knew she didn't mind doing it on her own but it meant I could spend time with her

Wanda- so?
Y/N- I'm sorry for storming out, I just needed the space
Wanda- it's okay, we don't ever want to pressure you
Y/N- you never could, I just don't think I'm in touch with my emotions fully and it's not easy to express things
Wanda- oh we know

The conversation was going well and it felt so normal, it was like I had the Y/N I first met back
Jarvis- Urgent Mission, suit up.
Y/N grabs my hand and teleports us upstairs.

Y/N POV-

No one knew what the mission was but we all get ready, if Jarvis was announcing it then it was something big.
I teleport Wanda to her room before heading to mine. I'd been making alterations to the suit to incorporate J.A.I.
I zipped the suit up and attached my weapons, putting in my earpiece and my glasses.
Y/N- Jarvis, send all missions details to J.A.I
Jarvis- already done

I pack my bag and run down to the jet. Taking a seat on my own, I load the mission details up as J.A.I talks through them. The blueprints loads onto the glasses and I start working my way through them, knowing points of entry and exit plans is key even when a surprise missions arises.

Steve- what is she doing?
Bucky- I have no idea, looks like some sort of Yoga
Nat- maybe she's fitting?
I take a spare pair of glasses out of my bag and hand them to Nat, she puts them on but looks confused.
Y/N- J.A.I, load onto glasses set 2.

Everything finally starts to make sense to Nat, she's walking around looking at the blueprints as we start to talk infiltration plans.
Y/N- team one through here, team two round the back whilst team three hold perimeter
Nat- you take one, I'll take two and Steve can have three?
Y/N- J.A.I, take over Jarvis and load the plan.
Tony- no you can't do that
Y/N- just did

Y/N- listen up, team one will enter through the front and take down anyone approaching.
Team two, infiltrate through the back keeping as quiet as possible. Don't draw attention to yourselves.
Team three, hold the perimeter, keeping excess guards away from us inside.
Steve- who's on what team?
Y/N- team one with me, Bucky, Carol and Peter.
Nat- team two with me, Elijah, Wanda and Clint
Y/N- the rest of you will take orders from Steve outside, run the air and the ground but god, bring the rage down.
Thor- I can do that my lady.

Nat goes to hand the glasses back but I refuse
Y/N- keep them, makes things easier for you if you get lost. I can also track you in case something happens.
Nat- be careful
Y/N- since when am I careful?
Nat- this is dangerous, who knows what we will run in to?
Y/N- I promise, no heroics unless 100% necessary
Nat- that's good enough for me.

The jet lands and the plan starts here. We didn't know exactly what we'd be running into but we knew the targets here.
1. Get the hostages out
2. Find the people responsible
Normally we wouldn't have been called in for this but rumours of enhanced were here and the hostages were a shield team sent to explore an anomaly which most likely was a trap.

I wrap my arms around Noah and Elijah, our head all touching together in the centre
Y/N- nothing stupid, we all come home together
Noah- Together
Elijah- Stay Fluid.
Y/N- love you brothers
Noah- we love you too
Elijah- always and forever.

We split apart, heading to our teams. A hand grabs me and pulls me to the side
Wanda- don't you dare die on me
Y/N- I've got too many people relying on me to die but, I will do everything I can to protect my team.
Wanda- I know but stay in touch okay?
Y/N- promise
Wanda- I love you
Y/N- I love you more babe.
