"Marry my daughter, Kailean... you can marry my daughter." hearing these words by our most trusted family friend, Vandrick Orion Teodoro makes my stomach sick. I mean-- no, no offense but what is he saying?

I will marry her daughter for returning back our goodness on him?

That's crazy!

"How will my son suppose to marry your daughter if you still don't know where she is, Vandrick?" I can sense authority in my father's voice but he is smiling so widely while saying those. I stiffened when I realized where is this conversation going to happen. Don't freaking tell me!

"As soon as we already find my daughter, Dominic. I promised that our both families will be finally connected," and the Teodoro and Viornole laughed even though there is nothing funny on what they are talking.

I looked at my Mom who's just glancing at my father and Tito Vandrick. Makahulugan ko siyang tiningnan, I honestly need her help! I hope she refuses Tito's offer! She laughed at my reaction and slightly touched Daddy's shoulder to get his attention. Nanlalaki ang matang tiningnan silang dalawang nagpapalitan ng bulong.

"Hmmm it would be a good deal, Vandrick. It might as well..." sinulyapan niya ako. "Help Dashren treat a girl nicely in the right time when she comes," my eyebrow raised when I saw how my Mother's smile teases me.

Tito suddenly clapped his hands. "Oh! You also have the point, Nikki! That's a very beautiful point!" tamad kong tiningnan si Danity nang maramdaman na kinikiliti niya ako sa tagiliran, she's my little sister. "He still don't know what's her name, right?" mas tamad kong tiningnan si Tito.

"Sorry but I am not interested," walang ganang tugon ko.

They all laughed except me. "Vaeda Mae Yzabelle Teodoro, my first born and my only daughter." sa paraan ng pagkakangiti ni Tito ay may kahulugan 'yon.

Is he expecting me to like his daughter's cringe name? Goodness sake! Help me! How should I escape this freaking situation?!  Mukhang maiinis ako nang wala sa oras nito! Before I could say anything, my father seriously looked at me and that made me shut my mouth.

"Wow! I heard that name many times by you, Vandrick but hearing the name 'Yzabelle' makes me remember Yamiyah's face." okay! This is going to be a dramatic especially my mother is an over-dramatic woman!

"Well... she's still alive, Nikki. We didn't find traces of her body that is dead so we're still finding her." ngiti ni Tito at sinulyapan saglit ang bunso niya na tahimik lang sa gilid.

"But anyways! I won't forget the deal we made, reuniting a Teodoro and a Viornole would be amazingly awesome! What can you say, Dominic?"  my father laughed.

He more dartly stared at me in my both eyes and widely smiled. "You're right, sweetie. Let's just persuade our son on joining this deal." fvck! Wala na akong  kawala! Oh mighty Lord! Help me! I need your faithful help!

The dinner didn't went well, obviously. Sino bah ang masisiyahan na malalaman mong may deal na nangyari sa pagitan ng magulang mo at ng isang family friend? At 'yon ay ang pakasalan ang anak niyang hindi pa nahahanap!
