Chapter 106: Epilogue

The main kitchen of the Fullerton mansion has never been this alive. Usually, the cooking would be done like clockwork. But today, it seems that the clock has been thrown out the window. Music floated throughout the room, occasionally accompanied by the ding of the oven and whistle of the kettle and finally punctuated by claps and giggles of the third generation Fullertons.

🎶"Oh don't you dare look back
Just keep your eyes on me
I said you're holding back
She said shut up and dance with me.."🎶

Maine sang along as she mixed the pancake batter she was holding.
She grinned when she saw her children eating the pancakes that she had just served them a while ago. She grabbed some paper towels, ran them under the tap and went to the other side of the kitchen island to where her children were sitting. She wiped their sticky hands. "Darlings, you don't play with your food."

"Senorita, you should have asked the cook to do that for you." Butler Walter said from his post at the double doors of the kitchen.

Maine smiled. "No need Walter. We are making breakfast for RJ this morning. Right darlings? A special breakfast for daddy because it's father's day!"

The now three and a half Sebby, two year old Amari and the latest addition to their brood, their six month old twin boys, Rhian and Richie, all clapped.

"Mommy, I wanna horsey!" this is Amari yelling in between bites of her pancakes.

"Amari Quinn Fullerton, what did I say about talking when your mouth is full?" Maine shook her head. This little princess of theirs is fast becoming a spoiled one, the perks of being the only Fullerton baby girl. Ray and Alexa have also been blessed with a boy, Aidan for their firstborn. She prays that they will have a baby girl for their second one. She loves her daughter dearly to bits but she got her tiny little finger all wrapped up with all the Fullerton men. Her daddy, Papu Rob, Uncle Ray, even kuya Seb. That's not even including butler Walter. They would all bend over backwards for this little girl.

"Senorita, I think those bread in the oven are done. Best I take them out before they burn."

"The scones!" she exclaimed.  "Thank  you Walter. Could you please get the nannies to clean the kids up and I'm also going to need your assistance in bringing the breakfast trolley to our room."

"Consider it done." Butler Walter bowed slightly.

Maine put the last minute finishing touches to the breakfast trolley before she went back up to their room. Their four children, along with Nanny Virgie and their other nannies, were there waiting for her at master's bedroom door. She gave Sebby and Amari a rose each and opened the door. She pointed to the sleeping figure on the bed. When the two saw their daddy, they didn't need any encouraging to go to him. In fact, they ran across the room as fast as their legs could carry them. She took Richie in his arms while nanny Virgie has Rhian. Butler Walter wheeled the breakfast trolley after them. He nodded and smiled. He and nanny Virgie walked away with smiles on their lips, giving the young family their quality time.

RJ knew she wasn't alone on the bed anymore. But he knew that person in bed with him wasn't his wife. The shifting of the bed was too slight to be her. And he smelled something. Roses. Slowly, he opened her eyes.
"Good morning.."

"Momorning daddy!"

He was greeted with the angelic faces of Sebby and Amari, each holding a rose. RJ hugged them both, he then raised himself up and leaned back on the headboard. Sebby and Amari crawled each to his side.
