Quirk: Comic Creation
Emitter
Description:
User can summon any entity within any comic series.
User will have suggestive control over the entity.
Drawbacks:
Said entities cannot do things outside of their comic limits.
Entities cannot be used against their purpose. (Villains cannot be heroic, and heros cannot be villainous. Civilians can't do either, and vigilantes can do both.)
Stamina is used to summon and maintain any entities.
Any break in focus will lead to the Villains, Heros, and vigilantes currently summoned into a war with each other.
User cannot desummon any of them until their stamina runs out.
Said comic series must be a published series.
Creations will not act against anyone who doesn't know the creation, or anyone connected to the person who doesn't know the creation.
