Quirk: Ace of the World, Destroyer of All

Description:
User can copy 5 quirks.
Each quirk will be amplified by 3x.
User can drop them at any time.
User can see the number of elegible holders within the radius.
User will know how to use the quirks once copied.
Mutation quirks work like transformation types.
Drawbacks:
The quirks have to be innately destructive.
User must copy them all at once.
The quirks all have to be in a 1m radius around the user.
If not all quirk places are taken, the user can get the rest later.
If there's too many around the user, the user can chose which quirks they get.
User cannot see what quirks are around them.
