Quirk: Evolving Absorption

Description:
User can copy a highly weakened version of any quirk.
Quirks evolve stronger per each battle.
The more stressful the battle the more the quirks evolve.
Evolving quirks may stray from the parent quirks path.
Drawbacks:
User must touch the target they copy the weak quirk from.
Should a touched target be quirkless, the user will give their least evolved quirk to them.
The user cannot copy the same target twice, even after giving away the targets quirk.
Quirk(s) evolved is random and only happens after the battle is won.
Quirk evolution is random, and could give any number of new things.
Simple takedowns may result in no evolves.
