Quirk: Fingering Leeches
Transformation
Description:
User can transform their fingers into leeches.
Each leech is the same size as the users transformed fingers.
User can extend the leech, and manipulate its movement.
The leeches are all dark turquoise in color, and have 125 teeth at the tip, in 5 rows.
When the leech latches onto a target, it will be drained of blood (if applicable), and also be grappled. allowing the user to throw the target.
Leeched blood will turn into full stem cells, allowing regeneration.
User can choose exactly which fingers turn into leeches.
Drawbacks:
Each leech consumes 1ml of blood from the user per day.
Any dead leeches will not suck up blood until regenerated.
