Quirk: Candy Yoyo

Description:
User can summon a orange and yellow candy attached to a brown rope like a yoyo.
Said user can fling the candy around on the rope.
The candy itself can only be destroyed by one thing.
A small green monster that only the user can see with appear within 10m of the user's location.
Should the user feed the monster the candy, the user will get a wish to use as they want.
User can cut the rope at any point, and the candy will fly like a regular projectile.
Drawbacks:
Candy weighs 1kg.
If the user takes a step from where they summoned the candy, the monster will appear sad and fade away.
Length of rope is half of users height.
