Description:
User will be able to see the dreams / nightmares of any humanoid entity.
User will be able to steal the dreams / nightmares, and give the target a dreamless sleep.
Stolen dreams and nightmares will manifest as a hallucination that can attack a second target.
Drawbacks:
User must touch the sleeping entity to steal the dream.
Hallucinations caused by this quirk will be the same as the stolen dream.
Target for hallucinations must be touched skin to skin.
