Emitter
Description:
User can gain a birds-eye view of any battlefield.
All entities within the battle will be highlighted for the user to see.
The user can mark targets that are on his side.
Marked targets are highlighted blue, unknown targets are highlighted white, and hostile targets are highlighted red.
The user can send telepathic orders to his marked targets.
All objects that could block the users view are transformed into a see-through light green grid.
Drawbacks:
User must touch targets to mark them.
All hostiles will begin as unknown, and will not turn red until they attack a marked target, or the user.
The user must be able to see the battle in person to command it.
The users orders will be sent to all marked people, and cannot be specifically sent to one target.
User must touch a marked target to unmark them.
User may get headaches if they activate the quirk for too long.
User cannot stop using the quirk once a battle has begun until either the battle ends, or the user faints.
