Quirk: Flipping the Bird
Emitter
Description:
When the user flips the bird to anything, an angry bird will attack the target.
The bird will resemble the most common bird in the area.
The bird will always attempt to flip over the target before attacking it in any means necessary.
User can make the birds disappear.
Should the user hold the middle finger up, a bird will spawn every tenth of a second.
Birds will not stop no matter how much of a mush the target is.
Drawbacks:
User cannot move their legs when flipping the bird.
