Quirk: Quirk Orb Duplicator

Description:
User can duplicate any quirk they see in action.
Duplicate will be the exact quirk.
Duplicated quirk will be an orb that can be crushed easily.
Orb depends on quirk.
Crushed orbs will release a liquid that is the same color of the orb.
Amount of liquid depends on orb size.
When the liquid touches a living entity with cognitive function, the remaining liquid will evaporate as it flows into the entity, and the entity will then gain the quirk contained within the orb.
Drawbacks:
Liquid cannot be drawn into the user themselves, nor the originator of the quirk.
Orbs take 3 hours to make each.
Absorbed quirks take 3 days to settle, having dramatically boosted drawbacks when not settled.
Each entity has a quirk limit.
Putting in more quirks than the limit will weaken all quirks within the entity until they are within the limit. (Entity can hold 2, given 3, the quirks will be 2/3rds as powerful as they should be)
