Description:
User can cause the mutation of any living being.
Said living being can be anything that is considered alive, and bigger than 3mm cubed.
Mutated beings contain the personality of a house cat, or tamed dog.
Both personalities share a common feature where the beings are fully loyal to the user.
All mutations will be ones that still allow the target to live.
Drawbacks:
Mutations are random.
Orders are carried out without regard for anything outside of the users words.
User will mutate all living beings that touch it when the quirk is activated.
User must rest for 1 hour between activation.
