Mutation
Description:
Users hair will form like a chef hat.
User can detach their as if they're taking off their chef hat.
User can summon any number of ingredients from under the hat.
User can use the ingredients to make food.
The user's dish will heal all who consume it, relative to the amount of consumed food.
Drawbacks:
Only the user can use the manifested food.
Only the users dishes can heal.
If the completed dish from the user is altered after completion (adding condiments, reheating, etc) the effect will disappear.
The user must cook the dish itself.
The user is permanently a terrible cook, and will ruin food, making it nearly inedible, regardless of effort or usage of recipes.
Extra notes:
All created food looks very good, but smells like nothing.
Foods will still be humanly disgusting, but every aspect is cooked terribly regardless.
