User can send out a blood moon crescent.
Said crescent is a flying blade.
Quirk will move in a straight line from where it was thrown.
Any injury created by said crescent cannot be healed, and will continue to bleed.
User is immune to the blades.
Drawbacks:
User can throw 10 per hour.
Hour begins after first blade is thrown.
Blades are fragile and can break midair.
Blades are thrown from their hands.
